Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@modulata.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees.
How can customers return their products?
By mail.
Return Shipping Costs
No return fee if the product was damaged by the carrier or is otherwise defective.
If the customer ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want it, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Damages and Issues
Unfortunately, orders can occasionally arrive damaged during shipping. This is beyond your control. If this happens, contact our customer service immediately by emailing support@modulata.com.
Be sure to take photos of the damage and attach them to your message. We will replace the item free of charge.
Do not return the item without sharing the photos with us first — we won’t be able to provide a proper solution otherwise. Our support team will process your message as quickly as possible.
Return Label
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want your item, the first step is to contact customer support support@modulata.com.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your items carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
