Shipping Costs
This policy applies to deliveries within France. We cover the shipping costs for every order.
All our products are delivered 100% free of charge within France, with no minimum order quantity required.

Order Shipping
Found the perfect look on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Here are the average shipping times for all our parcels:

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery time: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping fee: Free delivery in the United Kingdom

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a personal tracking code via email within a few days so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Taking Longer Than Expected?
In most cases, orders arrive within the expected delivery window.
If it has been 3 extra business days beyond the initial delivery estimate, and you still haven’t received your package, please email us at support@modulata.com.

Missing Items
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions.
To ensure product quality, items may be sent from different suppliers.
If you ordered multiple products, they might not arrive at the same time. Don’t worry — your remaining items are on the way and usually arrive within 1–3 additional business days.

Change of Address or Phone Number
If you wish to change your phone number or address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible — before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery details. In that case, you’ll need to request a return and place a new order.

Lost Parcel?
If a parcel is lost or undeliverable due to logistical issues, we will always send a replacement shipment first before issuing a refund.
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 60 days of shipment, it may be eligible for a refund.
